The Bigger Picture

“The Bigger Picture” is a study and exploration of creating a utopia where its goal is to eliminate political hierarchies and create a universal system for consistency and uniformity. This exploration was inspired by the modernist movement and was a process of finding the balance between the ideal and the reality.

The first part of “The Bigger Picture” was an attempt to visualize a global currency that all citizens will have access to, to eliminate economic inequality.

The second part of the project is a conceptual re-design of the political world map inspired by Buckminster Fuller’s Dymaxion map.

The goal of this utopia was to challenge today's system of language, politics, and economy to establish a universal system for equality. The journey of visioning this utopia is documented in a binder, which one could easily add on to, with a collection of research and process notes.
